Agrafresh offers a full range of vacuum cooked vegetables, both in small retail and in larger food service packages.

Production process:

  • vegetables are cut and vacuum packed
  • packed vegetables are automatically cooked on low temperature
  • after intensive cooling, the vegetables are stored in our cooled storing facilities
