Packaging Line Supervisor (2-shift system)

We are looking for a motivated Packaging Line Supervisor to strengthen our team in our ultra-fresh segment! Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, love motivating colleagues, and are ready to contribute to the production of fresh products every day? Then we are looking for you!

Your working hours:

• Morning shift: 05:00 - 13:06
• Afternoon shift: 13:00 - 21:06
  Please note that the finishing time may vary depending on daily orders.

What will you do? As a line supervisor, you are the key to ensuring that everything runs smoothly on the packaging line. Your responsibilities include:

• Correctly carrying out tasks given by the end responsible (red hairnet).
• Following the production schedule.
• Checking if the technician operates the packaging machine and weighing units correctly.
• Ensuring that customers receive the correct products.
• Making sure that pallets are complete and ready in the expedition before the truck leaves.
• Keeping the work area clean and tidying up after each product change.
• Understanding and implementing safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Correctly using batches before and after work, as well as before and after breaks.
• Informing the end responsible immediately when things don’t go as planned.

Your profile:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
• You speak and understand English well.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and can motivate others.
• You are eager to learn and are continuously looking for improvement.
• You understand that working with fresh vegetables means working in a chilled environment (around 6°C).
